Who is eligible for the Oaks Festive Event Voucher Giveaway Promotion?
The giveaway promotion is available for new festive or end-of-year event bookings made at participating Oaks properties during the promotional period. Existing bookings, or amendments to existing events are not eligible.
When do I need to book my event to qualify?
Eligible events must be booked between 6 July 2026 and 31 December 2026 and held by 31 December 2026.
How do I enter the accommodation voucher giveaway?
Simply book and hold an eligible festive event at a participating Oaks venue and complete the competition entry form via the campaign competition entry page. You must also opt in to receive promotional emails and submit only one entry per person. The link to the campaign competition will be shared by the event coordinator.
What can I win?
Eligible entrants go into the draw to win a 5-night accommodation voucher that can be used at any Minor Hotels property in Australia or New Zealand. This will include both Oaks Hotels, Resort and Suites & Avani Hotel and Resorts. Excludes selected properties including any franchise or HMA hotels.
Can I combine this offer with another promotion or discount?
No. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, packages or promotions.
Are there minimum numbers or specific package requirements?
Festive packages vary by property and may have different minimum and maximum guest numbers, inclusions and venue capacities. Please speak with the events team at your preferred venue for package-specific details.
Can I customise my event setup or package?
Yes. Additional tables, bespoke room layouts, custom setups and any other package inclusions may be available; however, additional charges may apply. Please speak with the events team for more information.
What happens after I confirm my booking?
Your event contract will outline all payment requirements, including deposit amounts and payment schedules specific to your chosen venue and package.
Is my preferred date guaranteed?
All bookings are subject to venue availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates may apply and will be communicated by the venue's events team.
