Supporting Australians affected by bushfires, Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites is offering seven complimentary rooms nights for those who have lost their homes. Oaks properties are apartment style accommodations with a kitchenette or full kitchen, and most have a laundry facility. The nights can be redeemed at a selection of Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites properties nationwide and the purpose is to support the need of those affected by bushfires to visit metropolitan areas and regional hubs for business appointments, medical support or respite.

WHAT:	Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites will provide seven complimentary rooms nights for those who have lost their homes due to bushfires.
WHEN:	The offer is redeemable from now (20 November 2019) until 30 June 2020. Should guests need to stay for a longer period of time at a property, Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites can provide a quote for the best available trade tariffs.
WHERE:	Participating Oaks Hotels, Resort & Suites properties nationwide.
HOW:	Bookings can be made by contacting the Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites Australian office directly on 1800 954 518. The number will be manned 9am – 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Affected Australian residents over the age of 18 can qualify for the offer by producing a valid letter on official letterhead from their insurance company, fire or police to clearly prove their house has been wholly or substantially impacted along with proof of address.
