Oaks Embassy Opens New Conference Space

Leading accommodation provider Oaks Hotels & Resorts, has strengthened its conferencing presence in Australia, unveiling two brand new meeting and event spaces in the South Australian capital at Oaks Embassy, Adelaide. Combining stylish interiors with state-of-the-art technology, the two new venues are suited to myriad occasions, from intimate meetings and conferences, to private functions and seminars.

The opening also signals Oaks Hotels & Resorts’ conferencing debut in South Australia, joining the company’s extensive selection of conference and event venues across Australia, including Melbourne, Victoria; Broome, Western Australia; the Gold Coast, Townsville, Redcliffe, Caloundra and Gladstone, Queensland; and New South Wales’ Hunter Valley.

Catering for up to 20 delegates, Oaks Embassy’s two superior conferencing rooms are available in four different configurations, from classroom style to theatre, boardroom or cocktail.

The opening comes after the popular 4.5 star CBD hotel recently announced the arrival of an onsite restaurant, The Coffee Club, as well as the continuation of its comprehensive refurbishment program, including a new-look pool, gymnasium and lobby.

To celebrate the launch of Adelaide’s newest meeting venues, Oaks Embassy has released special ‘full day delegate packages’ priced from just $58 per person, including room hire and room inclusions (Wi-Fi, TV, whiteboard, flipchart, markers, water, mints, pads and pens), plus freshly brewed tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea, and a delicious lunch comprising gourmet sandwiches and wraps.

Half and full day room hire is also available, starting from $300, with the option to pre-arrange catering through The Coffee Club.
