Packages are available with or without guest accommodation rooms. AV technical support is supplied by AVisual, package inclusions are pending room allocation, and prices are based on installed equipment only. Rates specified are for full day use, itemised pricing may be available for half day and meetings less than 8 hours in duration. Hybrid meeting products are valid at selected Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites properties only, including; Port Douglas, Sunshine Coast Oasis, Gladstone, Cypress Lakes and Broome.
