1. Promotion Period
This “Oaks Winter Conferencing Events Offer”* Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 7 April 2025 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 31 August 2025 (Promotion Period).
The Promotion is applicable for corporate events booked between the periods of and including 7 April 2025 to 31 August 2025. All corporate events must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en/winter-conferencing.

This “Oaks Winter Conferencing Offer” Promotion includes the following offers made at Participating Properties:

3. Payment conditions
Payment conditions, including a detailed payment schedule, will be outlined in the event contract provided upon booking the event.
4. General Promotion Terms
All events must be booked during the Promotion Period through the website https://meetings.oakshotels.com/ or via our events reservations team on 1300 991 253 or email [email protected] or via our onsite venue events team directly.
Additional charges may apply for any extra tables or custom setups required to meet your specific needs.
Only 1 offer available per conference day for multi-day events.
Event menu options and venue decorations vary across each Participating Property. Seasonal menu items are subject to availability and must be pre-booked 7 days in advance.
Registered Professional Event Organisers are eligible for commissionable rates on events and managed event accommodation group bookings when booked directly through the venue events team.
This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
This offer is also subject to further Terms and Conditions as included in the event contract provided upon booking the event.
