Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period 

This “Click Frenzy Mayhem” Promotion commences at 18:30pm AEST on 16 May 2023 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 18 May 2023 (Promotion Period). 

This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 16 May 2023 until 30 September 2023. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This “Click Frenzy Mayhem” Promotion Offer includes the following offers: 

1. a 30% discount off the Best Flexible Rate based on the property and room type selected (Campaign Rate); and
2. a minimum stay of two (2) nights will apply. 

“Click Frenzy Mayhem” Promotion Offer is only applicable to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below.

 

3. General Promotion Terms

Payment is to be made on arrival and a 14-day cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done up to 14-days prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577 unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 14-days’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

*Event – An Event includes but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.

This Promotion Offer does not include any additional discounts for Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty members. All bookings made using this Promotion Offer will also be subject to availability and Blackout dates as listed below and can also be notified to you via phone by calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites on +61 7 2100 0577.
