1. Promotion Period

This “Happy Corporates Choose Oaks – Meetings & Events Offer”* Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 8 April 2024 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 31 July 2024 (Promotion Period).

This Offer is applicable for events held between the periods of and including 8 April 2024 until 31 December 2024.

 

2. Promotion Offer

This “Happy Corporates Choose Oaks – Meetings & Events Offer*” Promotion Offer includes the following offers: 

(a) 10% discount on all half and full day Corporate Event Day Delegate Packages (DDP) at participating properties listed below; 

(b) Promotion is only valid for events to be held from Sunday to Thursday; and

(c) a minimum number of 20 guests apply for this Promotion. If numbers fall below 20 guests, room hire fee will apply and pricing will be based on itemised inclusions.

3. General Promotion Terms

All events must be booked during the Promotion Period through the website https://meetings.oakshotels.com/ or via our events reservations team on 1300 991 253 or email [email protected].

All bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply which can be notified to you via email or by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites on +61 7 2100 0577.

Commissionable rates are available for registered Professional Conference Organisers (PCO’s) for DDP and managed event accommodation group bookings. Contact [email protected] for further information.

A deposit is required upon booking to secure the event and the balance payment is to be made 14 days prior to your event commencement date. Once the deposit is made further details on the payment schedule will be available on the event contract provided to you.

A minimum 14-day cancellation policy applies to all event bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel an event booking, this must be done up to 14-days prior to event date by contacting the Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites property directly unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Should cancellation of your booking occur for any reason with less than 14-days’ notice, cancellation fee’s may apply.

*Event – An Event includes but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.

This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
