Terms and Conditions for “Gold Coast Whale Watching Package”– Oaks Gold Coast Properties Package * (Promotion)

1. Promotional Period

This “Gold Coast Whale Watching” – Oaks Gold Coast Properties Package* Promotion commences at 4.00pm AEST on 21 July 2025 and automatically concludes at 4.00pm AEST 4 August 2025 (Promotion Period).

This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 21 July 2025 until 31 October 2025. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at  https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotional Offer

This Promotion includes:

a) Two (2) night stay in Participating Properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A;
b) Two (2) Adult tickets to Whale Watching (Tickets) with Sea World Whale Watching Cruises; and
c) 1 x Movie Night Grocery Hamper. 

3. Sea World Whale Watching Cruises

Please note that bookings with Sea World Whale Watching Cruises are subject to Tour Collective’s terms & conditions which can be found at https://tourco.com.au/terms-conditions/. Tickets can be redeemed by contacting Sea World directly on (07) 5539 9299 or by emailing [email protected]. When booking your Whale Watching Cruise, you will need to mention code “MINORWHALES”. 

Additional Tickets can be purchased at your own cost. No refunds or discounts will apply if the 2 x Tickets are not redeemed. 

Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites accepts no responsibility for cancellations or amendments made by Sea World Whale Watching Cruises for the Tickets. 

4. Surcharge dates

Surcharges will be applied for stays between Friday and Saturday nights for bookings made on 6 October 2025, 21 September 2025 to 25 September 2025 and 28 September 2025 to 2 October 2025:

a) $40.00 surcharge for 1 Bedroom will apply per room per night; and 
b) $75.00 surcharge for 2 Bedroom will apply per room per night.

Payment must be made on arrival. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than 14 Days prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577. Refer to our website terms and conditions at https://www.oakshotels.com/en/terms-and-conditions.

This Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

This Promotion Offer does not include any additional discounts for Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty member.
