Terms and Conditions of Entry for Global Flash Sale Campaign* (Promotion)

1. Promotion Period

This Global Flash Sale Campaign* Promotion commences at 10:00 AEST on 1 August 2025 and automatically concludes at 14:59 AEST 7 August 2025 (Promotion Period).

This Promotion Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 1 August 2025 until 22 December 2025. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This “Global Flash Sale” Promotion Offer includes the following offers:

a) 20% off Best Available Rate to be used at Participating Properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A;

b) an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Minor DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us); and

c) a minimum stay of two (2) nights will apply to this Promotion Offer (Promotion Offer). 

3. Early access

This Promotion Offer includes a 72-hour early access which commences at 10.00 AEST on 1 August 2025, for bookings made directly through the Oaks website, https://www.oakshotels.com/en  

4. General Promotion Terms

Payment must be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than 24-Hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577. This Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
