Terms and Conditions for Taste & Tour the Hunter Valley” &“Go Wild in the Hunter Valley” – Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort Package* (Promotion)

1. Promotional Period

This Taste & Tour the Hunter Valley” & “Go Wild in the Hunter Valley” – Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort Package* Promotion commences at 4.00pm AEST on 31 March 2025 and automatically concludes at 4.00pm AEST 13 April 2025 (Promotion Period).

This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 31 March 2025 until 2 October 2025. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotional Offer

This “Taste & Tour the Hunter Valley” & “Go Wild in the Hunter Valley” – Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort Package” are as listed below.

“Taste & Tour the Hunter Valley” (Couples) Package includes:

a) 3-night stay at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort for two (2) adults in selected room types as listed below in Schedule A.

b) $150 Resort Credit available for use at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat $100 minimum spend applies at Elysia Wellness Retreat. Note that Elysia Wellness Retreat bookings are subject to availability, please phone Elysia Wellness Retreat directly on 1300 991 254. c) Cheese and Wine plater on arrival for two (2) adults; and

d) Complimentary Wine Tasting Experience for two (2) adults at Tulloch Wines subject to clause 3 below.

“Go Wild in the Hunter Valley’ Promotion Offer (Family) Package includes:

a) A 3-night stay at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A;
b) A $100 Resort Credit available for use at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort;
c) 1 x Movie Night Grocery hamper;
d) Complimentary Adult Wine Tasting Experience and Junior Experience for two (2) adults and two (2) children at Tulloch Wines subject to clause 3 below; and
e) General admission tickets to Hunter Valley Wildlife Park for two (2) adults and (2) children (3-15 years) subject to clause 4 below.

3. Tulloch Winery Wine Tasting and Junior Experience

Wine Tasting and Junor Experience is held at Tulloch Winery located at 638 De Beyers Road, Pokolbin 2320 NSW.

Transfers are not included in package.

To book your winery experience you must call the Tulloch Winery Cellar Door on (02) 4998 7580 to pre book their experience prior to arrival at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort.

Adult Wine tasting and Junior Experience are open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm, subject to availability.

You must quote “Taste & Tour the Hunter Valley” & “ Go Wild with Cypress Lakes” - Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort package when making the reservation.

4. Hunter Valley Wildlife Park

Upon check in at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort you will be provided tickets to Hunter Valley Wildlife Park for two (2) adults and (2) children (3-15 years).

Extra tickets can be purchased if required and based on availability through reception. Additional charges may apply for any extra tickets.

5. Surcharge dates

A $50 surcharge will apply per room per night for stays between Friday and Saturday nights.

6. General Promotion Terms
