1. Promotion Period
This “Black Friday & Cyber Monday”* Promotion commences at 16.00 AEST on 20 November 2023 and automatically concludes at 16:00 AEST 29 November 2023 (Promotion Period)
This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 20 November 2023 until 31 March 2024. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.
2. Promotion Offer
This “Black Friday & Cyber Monday” Promotion Offer includes the following offers:
- 30% off Best Available Rate to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A (Promotion Offer);
- a minimum stay of two (2) nights will apply for this Promotion.
3. Early access for Oaks DISCOVERY members
This Promotion includes a 48-hour early access which commences at 4.00 AEST on 20 November 2023 if you are an existing, or during the Promotion Period become a member of our Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty programme.
4. General Promotion Terms
Payment is to be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done up to 24-Hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577 unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 24-Hours’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
*Event – An Event includes but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.
