There’s nothing better to kickstart your day than a delicious breakfast, and when you’re on holiday you may not be privy to the hot spots frequented by the locals so here’s our top 3 breakfast must-haves when staying at Oaks Seaforth in Alexandra Headland.
Harvest Bread Café, Cotton Tree
This boutique café may not seat many but it’s revered for its organic produce, house made breads and flavoursome foods. Don’t despair if you miss out on a seat as they have a great option for a picnic basket to sit by the river that’s ideal for young families and it’s just a leisurely 20 min walk around the corner.
The Velo Project, Mooloolaba
A firm favourite on the coast for breakfast lovers, the Velo Project pair great coffee with genuinely friendly staff and if you don’t mind something a little untraditional for breakfast you can’t go past their lemon crepes. Only a brisk 45 minute walk along the shoreline to Mooloolaba for a 15 min bike ride it’s a fab start to your day!
The Attic Cafe, Alexandra Headland
They know their coffee and the eggs benedict is a favourite amongst locals with an extensive menu for those wanting to eat in or take away. A friendly community-minded café, it’s relaxed and great for kids located directly opposite the beach. Super convenient if you’ve just rolled out of bed, only a 7 minute walk south along Alexandra Parade.Back
