Terms and Conditions for Gold Coast July Campaign* (Promotion)

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion commences at 16:00 AEST on 17 July 2026 and automatically concludes at 23:59 AEST on 3 August 2026. (Promotion Period).

This Promotion is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 17 July 2026 to 17 December 2026. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at:

• https://www.minorhotels.com/en; and/or
• https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This Promotion includes the following offers:

1. 20% off the Best Flexible Rate to be used at Participating Properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A; and
2. an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Minor DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us.

Please note a minimum stay of two (2) nights applies to this Promotion.

3. General Promotion Terms

Please note:

• This Promotion is only available:
  • at the Participating Properties listed in Schedule A; and
  • for the Promotion Period.
• This Promotion is subject to:
  • the Blackout Dates listed in Schedule A; and
  • availability at time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash, if required, availability and Blackout Dates can also be notified to you via telephone by calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites on +61 07 2100 0577.
• To participate in the Promotion, you must book your stay during the Promotion Period through our website at
  • https://www.minorhotels.com/en; and/or
  • https://www.oakshotels.com/en.
• Payment must be made:
  • on arrival for all Minor DISCOVERY Guests*; and
  • fourteen (14) days prior to check in for all Other Guests*.
• A fourteen (14) day cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion by both Minor DISCOVERY Guests* and Other Guests*. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 07 2100 0577 unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.
• This Promotion may be withdrawn at our discretion at any time. Bookings made prior to the withdrawal will not be affected, unless there is a mistake, in which case, we reserve the right to refund or cancel any booking.
• This Promotion and any associated terms and conditions may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion, at any time, however existing bookings will be honoured, unless there is a mistake, in which case, we reserve the right to refund or cancel any booking.

Minor DISCOVERY Guests* means any guest who makes a booking through our website whilst logged in as a Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member (for any promotion) and selects a Special Discovery Rate or Member Rate (if promotion also provides for an additional discount for a Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member).

Event* includes, but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.

Other Guests means any guest who makes a booking through our website that is not a Minor DISCOVERY Guest.

In these terms and conditions “we” / “us” means Minor Hotels Australia Limited and any of our subsidiary and related entities as applicable. Our address is located on our website.
