Terms and Conditions of Entry for South Australia. More of the Good Stuff * (Promotion)

1. Promotion Period

This “South Australia. More of the Good Stuff” * Promotion commences at 4.00pm AEST on 16 May 2025 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 13 June 2025 (Promotion Period).

The Promotion Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 16 May 2025 until 15 December 2025. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This “South Australia. More of the Good Stuff” Promotion Offer is as follows:  

a) a 30% discount off the Best Available Rate (BAR) to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A; 

b) one (1) Experience Oz Voucher valued at $50 (a $200 minimum spend applies); and

c) a minimum stay of two (2) nights applies.

3. Experience Oz Voucher Terms

The Experience Oz Voucher Terms include:

a) participants of this Promotion will receive one (1) Experience Oz Voucher valued at $50 (one code per customer);
b) the voucher is redeemable for South Australian experiences booked via https://minorsa.experienceoz.com.au/en; 
c) voucher is valid for travel between 16 May 2025 to 16 December 2025;
d) a minimum spend of $200 is required to redeem the voucher; and
e) if an accommodation booking under this Promotion is cancelled in accordance with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites' cancellation policy (https://www.oakshotels.com/en/terms-and-conditions), Experience Oz will refund the amount paid for the experience, less the $50 voucher credit.

4. General Promotion Terms

Payment must be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than 24-Hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577. This Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

This Promotion Offer does not include any additional discounts for Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member.
