Terms and Conditions for Moment Within the Moment Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort* (Promotion)

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion commences at 16:00 AEST on 24 August 2026 and automatically concludes at 23:59 AEST on 21 September 2026 (Promotion Period).

This Promotion is applicable for stays between and including 31 August 2026 to 1 March 2027. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through the website https://www.oakshotels.com/en .

2. Promotion Offer

This Promotion includes the following offers:

a) 20% off the Best Flexible Rate to be used at Participating Properties and selected room types as listed below;

*Blackout dates listed above are correct as at 20 August 2026.

b) An additional discount of 10% for all existing and new Minor DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us; and

c) A minimum stay of two (2) nights applies to this Promotion (Promotion Offer).

3. Promotional Credits

Resort Credit – Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort

If your booking is made directly through the website (https://www.oakshotels.com/en) you will also receive resort credit as follows:

To redeem the offer, all eligible charges must be charged back to the guest room. The resort credit is limited to one credit per stay. Consecutive bookings will be treated as a single stay and will not qualify for additional resort credits. The resort credit cannot be applied to accommodation charges, room discounts or any room-related fees and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Any unused portion of the resort credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The resort credit will be applied at checkout by Front Office staff. This Promotion may be withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion at any time.

4. General Promotion Terms

For bookings made under this Promotion, payment is required within 14 days of the booking date. Minor DISCOVERY Members are eligible to pay upon arrival at the hotel.

A 14-day cancellation policy also applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than 14 days prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577, unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 14 days' notice, you will be charged in full for the entire booking.

*Event – An Event includes but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accidents, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions and labour strikes that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.

This Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

This Promotion Offer does not include any additional discounts for Minor DISCOVERY loyalty members.
