Terms and Conditions of Entry for Double Nights and Double DISCOVERY Dollars* (Promotion)

Double Nights and Double DISCOVERY Dollars Promotion in Oaks Hotels, Avani, and Elysia Wellness Retreat (the "Promotion") applies to net eligible spend on Eligible Stays in the list of participating hotels and resorts for GHA DISCOVERY and Oaks DISCOVERY members. The Promotion runs from 1 October 2024 to 30 November 2024.

Double DISCOVERY Dollars

The Promotion allows members to earn double the normal number of DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) for their Eligible Stays, so that as well as earning the normal number of Base DISCOVERY Dollars ("Base D$") for the stay they will also earn the same number of Promotional DISCOVERY Dollars ("Promotional D$"). Double Nights

The Promotion allows members to earn double-tier night credits counting toward the qualification threshold to elevate or renew their GHA DISCOVERY tier status. Each eligible tier night will be matched by GHA with an extra eligible “Promotional Tier Night.” However, Promotional Tier Nights will not roll over to the next year.

To take advantage of the offer, participants must be a Member of the GHA DISCOVERY programme and must have accepted the GHA DISCOVERY programme Terms & Conditions (https://www.ghadiscovery.com/terms-conditions), along with the Oaks Privacy Policy (https://www.oakshotels.com/en/privacy) and the Oaks Terms & Conditions (https://www.oakshotels.com/en/terms-and-conditions.) or the Avani Terms & Conditions (https://www.avanihotels.com/en/terms-and-conditions) and Avani Privacy Policy (https://www.avanihotels.com/en/privacy-statement).

Members must log in to DISCOVERY on oakshotels.com, elysiaretreat.com.au or avanihotels.com, register to the promotion within the promotional opt-in on either website they are logged in to & make a Member rate booking (“Eligible Booking”) at participating Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites and Avani branded properties within the promotional period which commences on 1 October 2024 and will extend to 30 November 2024 for stays between 1 October 2024 to 30 November 2024. Both check-in and check-out must be completed within the promotional travel period for the stay to qualify (“Eligible Stay”).

Eligible Bookings must be made either via direct bookings through the website https://www.oakshotels.com/en, https://www.elysiaretreat.com.au/, https://www.avanihotels.com/en or ghadiscovery.com - or Minor Central Reservations Office on 13 62 57.

Only Eligible Stays qualify for earning Promotional D$ and Tier Nights . Eligible Stays must be completed within the promotional period from 1 October 2024 to 30 November 2024. Ongoing stays with a check-out date after 30 November 2024 will not be eligible to receive Promotional D$ and Tier Nights. Promotional D$ and Tier Nights are awarded in addition to the Base D$ that are issued as a result of completing the Eligible Booking prior to 30 November 2024.

Promotional D$ are subject to a limited expiry term of six (6) months from the date of issuance and are therefore excluded from the Base D$ expiration rules. Any Base D$ earned on a member’s stay will be subject to expiration based on standard tier-based expiration rules.

“Ineligible Rates” do not qualify for earning Promotional D$ or Tier Nights.

"Ineligible Rates" shall include, without limitation: (1) third party online retailer rates, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com, etc. (“OTAs”) (2) tours series rates and charter rates (3) room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly; (4) travel-industry staff rates; (5) any employee rates, employee family or employee friends discount rates; (6) other discounted rates; (7) any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers. First stays on ineligible rates may receive DISCOVERY Dollars on a promotional basis, but these stays will not count towards tier qualification; subsequent stays on an ineligible rate will not receive D$ nor will they count towards tier qualification.
