1. Promotion Period 

This “12 Stays of Christmas”* Promotion commences at 10.00 AEST on 1 December 2023 and automatically concludes at 9.59 AEST 13 November 2023 (Promotion Period). It features a range of exciting offers to be redeemed each day during the Promotion Period.

26) commences 10.00am AEST 9 December 2023 and automatically concludes at 9.59am AEST 10 December 2023.

Day 10 Offer 

Day 10 Offer includes the following:

27) $10 discount when ordering via Menulog by applying the unique code SUITEEATS at the checkout on Menulog.com.au or in the Menulog mobile app. The code is valid for a single use only for orders placed using a valid credit card. A minimum order amount of $30 apply excluding any service fees; and

33) commences 10.00am AEST 12 December 2023 and automatically concludes at 9.59am AEST 13 December 2023.

3. General Promotion Terms

Payment is to be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done up to 24-Hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577 unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 24-Hours’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

*Event – An Event includes but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.
