⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing stay. We changed rooms twice and decided to check out early. Numerous faulty appliances, paper-thin walls where every noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard, and a ceiling COVERED in black mould in the second room we were moved to. There was also black mould and water damage on the corridor ceiling outside our first room. We were offered 20% off our two-night stay or a full refund if we checked out early. A really disappointing experience, especially when we were there to celebrate our son’s birthday. The water park area was also closed due to rain. I wouldn’t count rain as an extreme weather event as we were advised? Very thankful to see the back of this resort, a lot of fuel wasted.

It was pleasurable experience staying at Oaks Oasis. Room is clean and spacious. The ambiance is good. No problem with the parking space.

Some safety concerns around the pools and spa - no depth indicators, temperatures were inappropriate. Oak and Vine restaurant staff were lovely - very accommodating. Beverages are terribly overpriced. Menu options were plentiful, meals were delicious. Kids eat free Sunday - Thursday with an adult meal purchase was a bonus. Accommodation had ants int he kitchen, mold and a cockroach in the bathroom.
