1. Promotion Period

This “WAY DIFFERENT. WAY BETTER” * Promotion commences at 4pm AEST on 1 October 2025 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 29 October 2025 (Promotion Period).

The Promotion Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 2 October 2025 until 30 June 2026. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at  https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This “WAY DIFFERENT. WAY BETTER” Promotion Offer is as follows:

a) a 30% discount off the Best Flexible Rate (BFR) to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A; 
b) a minimum stay of two (2) nights applies. 

3. General Promotion Terms

Payment must be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. This Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

This Promotion Offer does not include any additional discounts for Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member.
