Terms and Conditions of Entry for Oaks Weddings Anniversary Offer* (Promotion)

1. Promotional Period

This "Oaks Weddings Anniversary Offer"* Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 7 September 2026 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 March 2028 (Promotion Period).

This offer is valid for new wedding event bookings made and held between 7 September 2026 and 31 March 2028.

2. Promotional Offer

This "Promotion includes the following offers:

1. Offer 1 - Receive five (5) nights complimentary anniversary accommodation voucher for two (2) persons at any Minor Hotels property in Australia or New Zealand when you book a wedding reception and/or ceremony at Participating Properties as listed below, subject to a minimum spend of $20,000 in the local currency for the Participating Properties;

OR

2. Offer 2 - Receive five (5) nights complimentary anniversary accommodation voucher for two (2) persons at a Minor Hotels property in Thailand as set out below when booking a wedding reception and/or ceremony at Participating Property listed below subject to a minimum spend of $35,000 in the local currency for the Participating Properties,
   • Avani+ Hua Hin Resort
   • Avani Pattaya Resort
   • Avani+ Khao Lak Resort
   • NH Collection Samui Peace Resort
   • Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel.

The Minimum Spend requirement will be calculated by reference to the total accommodation and food and beverage spend associated with the wedding booking. Eligible accommodation spend may include accommodation booked and paid for directly by wedding guests, provided such bookings form part of the wedding booking, and need not be charged to the master account.

3. Participating Properties

This Promotion Offer is only applicable to be used at Participating properties as listed below:

• Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort
• Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort
• Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel
• Oaks Port Douglas Resort
• Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort
• Oaks Wellington Hotel

4. Complimentary anniversary accommodation voucher redemption

To qualify for the complimentary anniversary stay voucher, the wedding reception and/or ceremony must be fully paid and meet the applicable minimum spend requirement for the relevant Offer.

Following the wedding and receipt of full payment, the Participating Property will arrange for the voucher to be issued to the couple.

For Australia & New Zealand stays, vouchers are valid for travel for up to eighteen (18) months from the wedding date. For Thailand stays, the voucher will be issued for the participating Minor Hotels property selected by the couple at the time of application. Once issued, the selected property cannot be changed.

Voucher conditions:

• Valid for one (1) complimentary stay of five (5) consecutive nights' accommodation for up to two (2) guests;
• Must be redeemed within eighteen (18) months of the wedding date;
• Must be redeemed in a single booking at one participating property and cannot be split across multiple properties, bookings or travel dates;
• Available for lead-in room types only, with room upgrades subject to availability and additional charges;
• Includes room servicing on the third day of the stay and upon departure only;
• Covers accommodation only, meals, beverages, transportation, incidentals and any other expenses are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted or exchanged; and
• Will not be extended except where required by law.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

5. Payment conditions

Payment conditions, including a detailed payment schedule, will be outlined in the event contract provided upon booking the wedding.

6. General Promotion Terms

Additional charges may apply for any extra tables or custom setups required to meet your specific needs. Event menu options and venue decorations vary across each Participating Property.

Registered Professional Wedding Event Organisers are eligible for commissionable rates on wedding events and managed event accommodation group bookings when booked directly through the venue events team.

Guests are responsible for any and all other travel arrangements and associated costs (including but not limited to travel, additional flights (excluding those listed in point 6 above and any associated costs), parking, food, transport, passports, visas, permits, local taxes, duties, travel insurance or any additional costs or charges including any damages incurred throughout your stays.

This offer is subject to availability at time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
