Longer Stays Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This “Time for a Holiday”* Promotion commences at 16.00 AEST on 17 February 2025 and automatically concludes at 16.00 AEST 23 March 2027 (Promotion Period). 

This Promotion Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 17 February 2025 until 30 June 2026. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This “Time for a Holiday” Promotion Offer is:  

(a) Between a 15-20% discount off the Best Available Rate to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A;

(b) an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Minor DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us and

  (c) a minimum stay of seven (7) nights will apply for this Promotion (Promotion Offer).

3. General Promotion Terms

Payment is to be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer (for booking at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort see specific terms below). If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than 24 Hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577. If you are booking at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort from 27 June 2025, you must make full payment at least 7 days prior to check-in. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for bookings at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort at https://www.oakshotels.com/en/terms-and-conditions.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

All bookings made using this Promotion Offer will also be subject to availability and Blackout dates as listed in Schedule A and can also be notified to you via phone by calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites on +61 7 2100 0577.
