Terms and Conditions of Entry for Go Wild with Oaks – Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort Package* (Promotion)

1. Promotion Period

This Promotion commences at 16:00 AEST on 20 April 2026 and automatically concludes at 16:00 AEST on 25 May 2026 (Promotion Period).

This Promotion is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 20 April 2026 to 17 September 2026. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at: https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This Promotion includes the following offer:

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort Package:

a. A two (2) night stay at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort in an Executive Family Room for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children up to 12 years old as listed below in Schedule A;

b. Daily Buffet Breakfast at Oak & Vine Sunshine Coast for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children up to 12 years old;

c. A $25.00 AUD Food & Beverage Credit for one (1) restaurant booking at Oak & Vine Sunshine Coast;

d. One (1) selected Grocery Hamper, referred to as the Movie Night In Hamper;

e. A bottle of wine on arrival; and

f. One (1) day admission to Australia Zoo for two (2) adults and two (2) children between 3 and 14 years old. Children under 3 years old will receive free entry when accompanied by a paying adult. Please see below for additional terms.

3. Australia Zoo terms

The one (1) day admission tickets for two (2) adults and two (2) children to Australia Zoo will be provided upon check-in at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort.

The tickets will be issued based on the number of guests included in your booking and the names provided at the time of booking the accommodation.

Please note:

Any additional tickets are to be purchased at your own cost. Child rates apply to children aged 3 to 14 years inclusive. Children under 3 years old will receive free entry when accompanied by a paying adult.
Australia Zoo’s normal operating hours are 9:00 AM AEST to 5:00 PM AEST except Christmas Day (25 December) when it is closed, however, some animals are put to bed at 4:30 PM AEST.

5. General Promotion Terms

Please note:

This Promotion is only available:
- at the Participating Properties listed in Schedule A; and
- for the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is subject to:
- the Blackout Dates listed in Schedule A; and
- availability at time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash,
if required, availability and Blackout Dates can also be notified to you via telephone by calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites on 07 2100 0577.
To participate in the Promotion, you must book your stay during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.
Payment must be made:
- on arrival for all Minor DISCOVERY Guests*; and
- fourteen (14) days prior to check in for all Other Guests*.
A fourteen (14) day cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion by both Minor DISCOVERY Guests* and Other Guests*. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 07 2100 0577 unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.
The Promotion does not include and there are no additional discounts for Minor Discovery Loyalty members.
This Promotion may be withdrawn at our discretion at any time. Bookings made prior to the withdrawal will not be affected, unless there is a mistake, in which case, we reserve the right to refund or cancel any booking.
This Promotion and any associated terms and conditions may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion, at any time, however existing bookings will be honoured, unless there is a mistake, in which case, we reserve the right to refund or cancel any booking.

Minor DISCOVERY Guests* means any guest who makes a booking through our website whilst logged in as a Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member (for any promotion) and selects a Special Discovery Rate or Member Rate (if promotion also provides for an additional discount for a Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member).

Event* includes, but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.

Other Guests means any guest who makes a booking through our website that is not a Minor DISCOVERY Guest.

In these terms and conditions “we” / “us” means Minor Hotels Australia Limited and any of our subsidiary and related entities as applicable. Our address is located on our website.
