Go Wild with Oaks Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This “Go Wild with Oaks – Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort Package”* Promotion commences at 4.00pm AEST on 27 May 2024 and automatically concludes at 4.00pm AEST 31 July 2024 (Promotion Period).

2. Promotion Offer

This “Go Wild with Oaks – Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort Package” Promotion Offer is as follows:

a. A 2-night stay at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort in Executive Family Rooms as listed below in Schedule A; and

b. Daily Buffet Breakfast at Oak & Vine Sunshine Coast for 2 adults & 2 Children (up to 12 years old inclusive); and

c. $50 Food & Beverage Credit per booking at Oak & Vine Sunshine Coast; and

d. a selected Grocery Hamper, referred to as the "Movie Night In Hamper"; 

e. 1 Day Admission to Australia Zoo for 2 adults and 2 children (3-14 years inclusive, 0-2 years are free) subject to clause 3 below.

This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 27 May 2024 until 12 September 2024.  Bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to check in date.

3. Australia Zoo terms 

Your tickets (1 Day admission for 2 adults & 2 children) to Australia Zoo will be provided to you upon check-in at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort. Tickets will be purchased as per the number of people travelling in your booking using the names provided at time of booking your accommodation. Additional adults/children will be at an additional cost. Child Rates apply to those 3-14 years inclusive. Children 2 years and under are eligible for free entry when accompanied by a full paying adult. Australia Zoo’s normal operating hours are 9am to 5pm except Christmas Day (25 December) closed. 4. General Promotion Terms

Payment must be made on arrival. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than 48 hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577.

If you cancel a booking within 48 hours prior to check-in you will be charged in full and no refund will be provided.  

This Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

This Promotion Offer does not include any additional discounts for Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty member.
