Terms and Conditions

 

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By participating in this Promotion, you have confirmed you have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

1. These terms and conditions of participation apply to the Promotion (‘Terms’), and participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. The promoter is Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited (ACN 113 972 366) of Level 2, 26 Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore, Queensland 4558 (referred to as “Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites”).

3. The Promotion will be open from 17.01pm AEST on 31 July 2023 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 31 July 2024 (‘Promotion Period’).

4. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these Terms will prevail.

5. Entry in the Promotion is only open to individuals that are aged 18 years and over; and,

6. This Promotion is available for stays at the Participating Properties (listed in the table at Schedule A), for the Promotion Period for the available number of nights as specified for each Participating Property in the table (‘Stays’), subject to clauses 7, 8 and 9 below. 

7. The Promotion includes the following, subject to the conditions and participation criteria set out in these Terms:

a. a 15% discount off the Best Available Rate to be used at Participating Properties and selected room types (as listed in the table at Schedule A below) (‘Discount’) will apply to Stays which are;

  i. booked and paid in full no later than 14 days prior to travel and at the time of booking; and

  ii. for a minimum of two (2) nights or three (3) nights depending on the Participating Property as specified in the table in Schedule A;

  iii. at the Participating Properties are for a maximum of six (6) nights (‘Eligible Stays’) and

  b. an additional discount of 10% will apply for Eligible Stays for all existing, and new, Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty members that are booked directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites subject to clause 9 below (‘Additional Discount’);

8. The Additional Discount set out in clause 7(b) above will apply to the rates for Eligible Stays when a Stay is booked:

a. by an existing member, or an individual that during the Promotion Period becomes a member of the Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty programme. Further details can be found here: Oaks DISCOVERY

b. directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites during the Promotion Period, by:

  i. Calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites on +61 7 2100 0577; or

  ii. Making an online reservation via www.oakshotels.com ; and is not applicable to stays booked via external booking parties, including (but not limited to) online travel agents and/ or any third-party online booking website(s).

9. General Promotion terms apply as follows:

  a. The rates are non-refundable for all Eligible Stays booked as part of this Promotion.

  b. Amendments and cancellations to Eligible Stays are not permitted, and refunds for Stays will not be given.

c. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash;

  d. All Stays booked using this Promotion will also be subject to availability and Blackout dates as listed in Schedule A, which can also be notified to you via phone by calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites on +61 7 2100 0577.

10. Personal information used and/or collected for the purpose of this Promotion is in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website https://www.oakshotels.com/en/privacy.

11. This Promotion and any associated terms and conditions may be changed or withdrawn in their entirety at our discretion, at any time, without further notice to you.
