Any Excuse Will Do Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This “Any Excuse Will Do”* Promotion commences at:

(a) For Oaks DISCOVERY members (pursuant to clause 3), at 16.00 AEST on 5 September 2024 ; and

(b) For general public at 16.00 AEST on 9 September 2024, and automatically concludes at 16.00 AEST 27 September 2024 (Promotion Period).

This Promotion Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 9 September 2024 until 31 January 2025. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

2. Promotion Offer

This “Any Excuse Will Do” Promotion Offer is:

(a) 20% discount off the Best Available Rate to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A (Promotion Offer);

(b) an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us (subject to clause 3); and

(c) a minimum stay of two (2) nights will apply for this Promotion.

3. Early access for Oaks DISCOVERY members offers

This Promotion Offer may be accessed early, from 16.00pm AEST on 5 September 2024, by Oaks DISCOVERY members.

4. General Promotion Terms

Payment is to be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
