Shuttle Service:
A complimentary shuttle bus operates between the resort and Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please contact Reception for the current schedule. Service is subject to availability.
Facilities and Construction Update:
- The final building attached to the complex block 3 is nearing completion. We expect all works to be complete within this building by the 10th of July.
- Our restaurant is now open for:
- Bar snacks/Serving Alcohol 12 - 9pm every day
- Tea time from 2 - 5pm Thursday- Sunday
- Dinner is open Thursday - Saturday 6 - 9pm
- Limited work will continue on the podium during the month of July. There will be limited noise work taking place over this time between 8am and 5pm.
- From the 1st of August the hotel will have completed all the key construction work for this year. With all the resorts facilities to be available from August onwards.
- The Frankton track remains closed until early November. For the latest update please click HERE to stay up to date.
Parking Information
- Onsite parking is limited and should be pre-booked directly with reception
- Rate: $25 per night (1 car per apartment, subject to availability).
If parking is unavailable, alternative public parking can be found on Hensman Road or Andrews Road (opposite the main driveway). Please note these spaces are not affiliated with the resort and availability is limited.

Is parking available at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort?
Yep, it is! Parking is available for $15 per night, but you’ll need to book it directly with Reception. We can only offer one parking spot per apartment, and it depends on availability.
If parking is fully booked, you’ll need to sort out off-site parking, but no worries! There’re options nearby. Public parking can be found along Hensman Rd and Andrews Rd, just across from the main Oaks Shores driveway. Keep in mind these are public roads, not managed by us and spaces aren’t guaranteed. The area is uphill, so you may wish to allow a little extra time when arriving or departing.
Does Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort have a balcony?
All the rooms have balconies, except for the Hotel Room and the 2 Bedroom Courtyard. Find out more on the room amenities page.

Our hotel is near Queenstown Airport, around a 15 minute drive, so you’ll be settling in almost as soon as you land. Taxis and rideshare services are available outside the terminal, and car hire is a great option if you’re planning to explore more of the region during your stay.
Driving yourself? Simply follow State Highway 6 towards Queenstown, then take the turn towards Frankton Road along the lake. Easy, scenic, and you’ll be here before you know it.
