- A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours.Subject to availability.
- Shores Restaurant & Bar, Gym, Sauna, BBQ facilities are all closed with current Block 3 and Block 4 under construction until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.
- Kindly note that Block 3 and 4 remain under construction until further notice (with Block 3 estimated to reopen approx. mid-2025 and Block 4 reopening approx. 2026). The blocks will be white-wrapped with construction work occurring onsite. Construction impact is – 1) Noise from 8am to 5pm, usually Mon-Fri. 2) Visual pollution. 3) Pressure on car parking. 4) Reduced driveway access for foot traffic/ vehicles with views impacted on arrival at property. 5) Shores F&B is closed and permanent Reception now relocated to temporary Reception in Block 1.
- Please be advised that all car parks should be pre-booked directly with Reception ($15/ night) with max 1 carpark per apartment, subject to availability. If full booked, guests must find own parking off-site. Hensman Road and Andrews Road opposite the main Oaks Shores driveway offer some public parking options (subject to availability and located uphill - not linked to our property as these are public roads and there is no reserved parking).
