Please be advised that essential maintenance works will be carried out on the building lifts from Wednesday, 15 July to Friday, 17 July 2026. The works involve the replacement of belts and pulleys on Lifts 1 and 2. To minimise disruption:
- Only one lift will be out of service at any given time.
- Works will be conducted daily between 6:30am and approximately 4:00pm.
- The contractor has advised that the work will generate low levels of noise.
During this period, wait times for lift access may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these important works are completed to maintain the reliability and safety of the elevators.
