My stay at the Oaks Melbourne on Collins was excellent. The spacious apartment layouts offered plenty of room to stretch out, far exceeding a standard hotel room. The location is unbeatable, sitting right in the Free Tram Zone near main stations, making transit effortless. Above all, the standout customer service made a huge impact—Don was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Super accessibility to all things central. Lovely smiley reception staff ( Mabusha?). Beds super comfortable, rooms uber clean. Great views of architecture from room. Def come back.
