Receptionist lacking empathy

Unbelievable lack of empathy , explained myself and my autistic son had an over night flight and no sleep, both exhausted and red eyed we sat in the lobby , head resting on hand I nodded off while waiting patiently and quietly , well dressed and presentable , not like a bum on the street , I was woken by one of the receptionists and told no sleeping I wonder if babies or toddlers can not off without reprimand , but both 67 year old seniors with an exhausted autistic adolescent.....hmmmmm far from impressed with customer service

Comfortable accommodation within walking distance of Central Station. Staff were very helpful. The Apartment was spacious and clean. I would stay here again
