Special Olympics Victoria stayed at the Oaks for the National Games. The staff at the Oaks were fantastic to deal with - Andrew and his team at first were surprised at how big our team was and we had to change some of the expectations but they really listened and reacted to our requests. The athletes loved the breakfast provided and it set them up for a great day of sport. Thank you Andrew to you and your team - You helped make our National Games SPECIAL!

First time staying here, picked it because of location. Was easy to get on the tram to get around. Also easy enough to walk to Prahran Markets, about 20 minutes leisurely pace. Plenty of cafes and pubs with walking distance too. Room itself was great, quiet with no road noise. Staff were really friendly, I was able to leave my bags before checking in, and after checking out. Staff also let me know my room would be be ready a few hours early, so I was able to check in sooner. Overall, a really easy and hassle free experience.

Standard basic business hotel around 3 STARS, suits for not expecting match travel and younger travelers. Ceiling is not ready = pure concrete - not nice, noise from outside and between the floors. very small basin, no power points in right places, no USB points, phone system is not configured properly, basic hotel and bed. the twin/queen bed is combination of singles where the joint visible and almost a division in the bed. So, if you are not tired enough :-) you would feel it and sleep only on a single bed. light was broken on on the switch. I am the highest member of hotel program and had to ask for my welcome special gift. there is nothing bed or good about it - just a place to sleep
