Our hotel building in Darling Harbour has got some serious Sydney street cred. Back in 1883, Richard Goldsbrough (yep, that's where we get our name) built this place as a wool store. Pretty successful one too. Fast forward to 1995 and it became the hotel you're staying in today – all the 19th-century charm with none of the 19th-century plumbing, thankfully.
