1. Promotion Period

This “Your Coast or Mine?” Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 24 May 2023 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 7 June 2023 (Promotion Period). 

This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 24 May 2023 until 31 August 2023. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

 

2. Promotion Offer

This “Your Coast or Mine?” Promotion Offer includes the following offers: 

(a) 20% discount off the Best Available Rate based on a minimum three (3) nights stay applicable to participating properties and selected room types, OR;

(b) 25% discount off the Best Available Rate based on a minimum four (4) nights stay applicable to participating properties and selected room types (Campaign Offer); and

(c) additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us. See clause 3 for further details.

 

3. Booking Direct and Loyalty Programme

An additional discount of 10% will also apply to the Campaign Rates when:

(a) you book your stay during the Promotion Period directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites by:

  (i) calling us on +61 7 2100 0577; or

  (j) making an online reservation via www.oakshotels.com

(b) are an existing, or during the Promotion Period become a member of our Oaks Discovery loyalty programme.

This additional discount of 10% is exclusive to bookings made directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites and is not applicable to bookings made via external booking parties including (but not limited to) Online Travel Agents and any third-party online booking website(s).

 

4. Other

Payment is to be made on arrival and a 14-day cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done up to 14-days prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577 unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 14-days’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

*Event – An Event includes but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.
