Terms and Conditions of Entry for Stay, Sip & Savour – Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort Package * (Promotion)

1. Promotion Period

This “Stay, Sip & Savour – Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort Package”* Promotion commences at 4:00pm AEST on 2 April 2024 and automatically concludes at 4:00pm AEST 14 April 2024 (Promotion Period). Sale period extended until 4:00pm AEST 30 June, 2024.

This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 2 April 2024 until 30 November 2024. All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

3. Brokenwood Winery Promo Code

When you book your accommodation directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a promo code and a link to the web page https://www.exploretock.com/brokenwoodwines/experience/148743/taste. The cost will be removed when you enter the unique promo code at checkout. Promo code will be valid for sessions 10am Saturday and Sunday, or Monday – Friday sessions between 11am – 4pm. Bookings must be made by 14 April 2024 for travel until 30 November 2024.

4. Surcharge dates

A $50 per room per night surcharge will apply for Friday and Saturday night stays.

5. General Promotion Terms

a. A 3-night stay at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A; and

b. A $50 Food & Beverage Credit; and

c. A promo code to receive a complimentary Wine Tasting Experience for two people at Brokenwood Winery subject to clause 3 below.

Payment must be made on arrival. For cancellation terms, please refer to our website https://www.oakshotels.com/en/terms-and-conditions and refer to “Best Flexible Rates”.  If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done no later than 24-Hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577.

This Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

This Promotion Offer does not include any additional discounts for Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty member.
