1. Promotion Period

This “Book Smart. Book Direct”* Promotion Offer commences at 16:00 AEST on 29 April 2024 and automatically concludes at 16:00 AEST 12 May 2024 (Promotion Period).

 

2. Promotion Offer

This “Book Smart. Book Direct” Promotion Offer includes the following offers: 

  a) 20% discount off the Best Available Rate at participating properties and selected room types as listed below in Schedule A; 

  b) an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Oaks DISCOVERY members when booking directly through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en (subject to clause 3); and

c) a minimum stay of two (2) nights applies. This Promotion Offer is applicable for stays between the periods from and including 29 April 2024 until 14 September 2024.

All stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

 

3. Booking Direct and Loyalty Programme

An additional discount of 10% will also apply to the Rates above when:

a) you book your stay during the Promotion Period directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites by:

a.i) calling us on +61 7 2100 0577; or

a.ii) making an online reservation via www.oakshotels.com

b) you are an existing, or during the Promotion Period become a member of our Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty programme.

This additional discount (of 10%) is exclusive to bookings made directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites and is not applicable to bookings made via external booking parties including (but not limited to) Online Travel Agents and any third-party online booking website(s).

 

4. General Promotion Terms

Booking must be paid on arrival and travel period must be no earlier than 14 days from booking date. There is a 48 Hour cancellation policy applicable to this Promotion Offer. 

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

All bookings made using this Promotion Offer are subject to availability and blackout dates as listed below and can also be notified to you via phone by calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts and Suites on +61 7 2100 0577.
