1. Term

This “Celebrating 30 years” Campaign Offer commences on Monday 27th September 2021 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 26th October 2021 (Promotion Period).

This Offer is applicable for stays between the period of, and including, Monday 27th September 2021 until Saturday 30th April 2022 (Stay). All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period.
2. Offer

This “Celebrating 30 years” Campaign Offer includes:

(a) a 20% discount off the Best Flexible Rate based on all room types (Campaign Rate); and

(b) an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us. See clause 3 for details; and

(c) a minimum stay of two (2) nights applies to leisure properties

The Campaign Rates are:


(a) per property on all room types (subject to availability);

(b) subject to change at our discretion during the promotion period without further notice to you.

(c) subject to availability at the time of booking; and

(d) subject to blackout dates due to seasonal period(s) or special events. Blackout dates can be notified to you via phone by calling Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites on +61 7 2100 0577.

Drink Offer:

(a) 1 complimentary house beverage for any new event bookings. 

(b) Minimum of 20 guests. Offer valid for Full Day Delegate packages only, additional charges may apply for Half Day Packages. 

(c) If numbers fall below 20 guests, room hire fee will apply and pricing will be on itemized sessions. 


Accommodation offer:

(d) 20% off Best Flexible Rate (BFR) valid when booking a new event.

(e) Discount will apply on the accommodation portion of the event booking.

(f) Valid for event bookings on Monday - Thursday only.

3. Booking Direct and Loyalty Programme

An additional discount of 10% will also apply to the Campaign Rates when:

(a) you book your stay during the Promotion Period directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites by:

(i) calling us on +61 7 2100 0577; or

(ii) making an online reservation via www.oakshotels.com; and

(b) you are an existing, or during the Promotion Period become a member of our Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty programme.

This additional discount (of 10%) is exclusive to bookings made directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites and is not applicable to bookings made via external booking parties including (but not limited to) Online Travel Agents and any third-party online booking website(s). 
4. Other

Payment is to be made on arrival and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done up to 24 hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577. Should you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.
