The campaign offer includes up to 20% off the standard long stay rate for 14+ night stays. A minimum booking of 14 nights applies to this offer.
The offer is only applicable for bookings made through Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites and is not available for bookings made via external booking parties including Online Travel Agents and 3rd party online booking websites. Payment is to be made on arrival and a 48hr cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this offer. A booking may be cancelled 48hrs prior to check in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577. Should you cancel with less than 48hrs notice you will be charged in full for your entire booking. Properties may be added or removed from this campaign at our discretion and without further notice to you. Should you have a booking in place and the property is no longer be able to fulfill the request for any reason, including lack of availability or Government restriction, we will use our best endeavours to relocate your booking to an alternate Oaks, iStay or Avani property. Where no such alternatives are possible, guests will be refunded in full for any un-used portion of their booking.
For bookings made under this campaign offer, further terms and conditions will apply and will be notified to you upon arrival. These terms and conditions have been imposed for the safety of our guests and employees and must be adhered to at all times throughout the duration of your stay. Such conditions (which remain subject to amendment at any time without further notice) include the requirement for you to refrain from using any of the hotel’s facilities including bars, restaurant, gym and pool. There will also be strict requirements for the delivery of food to your room and in relation to the replacement of linen required throughout your stay. For the health and safety of our team, during your stay servicing of your room will not take place.
Guests attempting to check out of the Hotel earlier than the 14 day period will be in breach of the isolation period required by Australian Authorities. In the event of attempted or actual early guest departure, guests will be reminded of their obligations under Australian and New Zealand law and of the potential for serious fines to be imposed by Government Departments for failure to adhere to Isolation guidelines. We will be also be required to inform the local Health Department and/or the Police should any guests depart the property prior to the expiry of the mandatory 14 day self-isolation period.
