With Executive Chef Jamie Hartcher at the helm, the seasonal menu utilises organic, locally sourced ingredients, including produce from our on-site vegetable garden, free from red meat, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and saturated fat.

Dining at Elysia is a journey of wellness, where guests are encouraged to engage in mindful eating, slow down, be in the moment, and appreciate what we have.

Join us on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30pm to discover our distinctive menu featuring the finest non-alcoholic wines of the Hunter Valley.
