Great Breaks Terms and Conditions
1. Great Breaks vouchers can only be redeemed through Oaks reservations team on 13 62 57 Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm AEST. Saturday & Sunday 8am to 5pm AEST.
2. Great Breaks vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred between guests.
3. Great Breaks vouchers are resort specific and are not transferrable between resorts.
4. To secure your ideal dates – early reservations are recommended.
5. When redeeming a Great Breaks $84 deposit paid voucher, a further $50 resort holding deposit will be paid on booking with the balance of your stay payable on check in.
6. Redemption of a Great Breaks voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking as with any standard hotel booking. Blackout dates apply including but not limited to peak periods, special events, school holidays, long weekends and public holidays. These dates may change without notice and will vary bet ween resorts.
7. Any redemption of a Great Breaks Voucher is valued in Australian Dollars.
8. Any redemption made for a hotel or resort in a different currency than that noted on the Great Breaks vouchers will be converted into the local currency when you make the booking.
9. Great Breaks vouchers can be used towards accommodation only at Oaks, and bookings must be made 48 hours in advance by calling our Oaks reservations team on 13 62 57.
10. When redeeming a Great Breaks vouchers, any additional costs and or surcharges must be paid in full at check in.
11. Great Breaks vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment.
12. Credit card fees of 1.5% may apply to Great Breaks or Oaks Hotels payments.
13. Great Breaks vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
14. Should a Great Breaks voucher be lost please call Great Breaks on 1300 733 773 with the voucher information, and we will assist in locating or reissuing, additional administration fees may apply.
15. Vouchers must be redeemed and used prior to the expiry date. Expiry dates are final and no further discussion will be entered into. Expiry date is the travel expiry date.
16. Great Breaks vouchers expire 12 months from date of purchase.
17. A Credit Card pre-authorisation of $75 is required upon check in.
18. Complimentary Great Breaks vouchers will expire as per package agreed upon at point of sale. Expire date will not exceed 6 months.
19. Once the booking is made, subject to availability and voucher type, bookings may be amended within the expiry date and with at least 48 hours notice, this will be subject to approval. There will be no refunds.
20. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance policies, Oaks Hotels & Resorts or Great Breaks are in no way liable.
21. Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited and Great Breaks or any related corporation or their respective directors or employees will not be liable for damage or loss resulting from any delay in operation or transmission, virus, harmful component, communications failure, internet access difficulties or malfunction in equipment or software, howsoever caused.
23. Oaks Hotels & Resorts Management and Great Breaks reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
